  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Certain items such as memory cards, batteries, and clearance products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories cannot be returned.
  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

Refund Process

  • Leah DSLR operates only on cash on delivery (COD).
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
